AlOx Film possesses outstanding barrier performance, high grade of transparency and high adhesion. It is designed as transparent high barrier packaging which has good resistance of oxygen and water. Apply to stewing, microwave and metal detector; be widely used in package of food, medicine as well as cosmetics.

    1.Elongation of film should not exceed 2% during the production process, or the ALOx layer may crack then affect the barriers.
    2.Temperature should not be to high and the thickness should not excess 15μm during extrusion lamination, or the ALOx layer may crack then effect the barriers.
    3.Acidic of the content should not be too low, eg. When PH＜4 the ALOx layer may be corroded.
    4.As model 108 GTN-PET is without coated layer, the roll shaft which contact with the ALOx layer should be clean and smooth, or the layer may damage then affect the barriers.
